★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever.. pathetic service.. staffs are just there to timepass.. hardly concerned with customer.. ask them anything and they say “aaj Internet nai chalra”. Really really bad experience.. will close my account soon with this bank. This bank has no proper process to follow.

I was not about to give any star for this they don't deserve it... there is no coordination among themselves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst branch ever I had seen. They treat you there according to your age and not as a customer. Very rude staff and disrespect the ones by whom they are getting paid. And if we decide to disrespect back then our manners are been blamed. No work only maze me rehena. Don't ever go for this bank because you will badly regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch in Panvel. Only account opening staff is cooperative. Only regular saving account can be opened here with initial deposit of 3000 (staff says). Can't open student account. Even I don't know whether my kyc is complete. And staff doesn't say anything when I ask for It.I had updated my mobile number 3 months back by visiting at branch and still It is not updated in debit card online transaction, sbicards, . From day one yono is not working . I have visit branch, call customer care, did everything they told me to do . But, still yono is not working. 90% of the staff at this branch comes only for timepass. They don't even pay attention towards customer while customer is telling them their problems.
Union bank of india and Hdfc are much better .
