Also carry your vaccine certificats in phone or as print out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “One of its kind” tribal museum in India. Things are very well managed, organised,planned and automated. The use of digital media is an added advantage. There is a publication sales counter for selling of tribal culture and study related books. A dedicated food court is also there for refreshments. The implementation of latest 3D virtual visuals via VR goggles and touchscreen info systems makes it very helpful for non local tourists.

This museum is highly recommended and if one comes down to Bhubaneswar, please do visit this museum. You would not only learn more about Odisha and it's tribes but have a memorable experience as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very calm and serene place to visit for a day.. It tells you about the rich cultural heritage of Odisha. The museum is well maintained and you have local shops also to buy things and keep it as a momento. Entry is free of cost and is open all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful museum, and truly worth a visit. It should occupy a top spot on any visitor's list.
Display is extensive, well labelled and well researched. Artisans are at work in the rooms itself, and it is a real treat to watch them at work. They also sell their work at a nominal price. The gardens are a riot of colours, with all the seasonal flowers blooming, and the tree trunks painted with tribal art.
A must-see place! We were lucky to find it open inspite of Covid restrictions.

It has the collections since last 60+ years. You can find everything about all tribal of Odisha. Free entry (You need to show your double vaccination certificate.), free parking, live craft demo, interactive kiosks, multimedia tour, video wall, souvenir shop, food court. It should occupy a top spot on any visitor's list. Well managed and maintained with super clean inside and outside, greenery outside with beautiful terracotta paintings in the walls. A very modern museum with extremely great amenities. This museum is highly recommended and if one comes down to Bhubaneswar, please do visit this museum.
