This campus building has won several design awards. You need a prior appointment to see everything.Steelcase is a well known brand for office furniture and productive places. It not only provide a furniture product but helps organizations to unlock the human promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called on July 29 regarding some delivery questions on a Steelcase Think Chair. The person on the phone was extremely rude and sounded very entitled when speaking. I have used Steelcase products before and I have generally found them helpful (they need to be since they are selling premium products). I went ahead and ordered a Herman Miller chair immediately so I guess Steelcase lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no negative rating. Lucky for them. They have the worst customer support I have seen. They don't bother returning calls. They will reply after 3 days for your mail. I paid 40K for the chair and keep following up them to get a response of when it will be delivered. They are very very lethargic.
And the best thing is, they don't have a customer care phone number. How dumb. They gave me some guy's number in Bangalore to get the updates. He doesn;t reply to whatsapp or calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a chair with headrest and before ordering the sales executive was very nice in providing me the option(color and choice) and cost. After I ordered the chair the sales executive messed up the color of the headrest(He did not provide me the information that the headrest color is different and communicated the same after odering the chair). I settled with the unmatching headrest and paid for it. But I have not got the delivery for the same even after an year of paying for it.
This is a typical case of product being good, but a very bad sales team tring to sell it.

I’m giving 2 star because people like us cant afford these costly chairs.
Request the Steelcase management to think about individual buyers too

And an ergonomic chair is very much needed for my office work, I was using hayworth chairs all this while... And had to return it back to office due to change in job.
Someone suggested me to go for steelcase and I opted to purchase one on black friday sale.
I was happy that chair was available the discounted rate..

I booked the chair on a Good Friday and received the delivery on Christmas day 25th december .... Ok I understand the demand .... A slight adjustment should be there so I was okay..
.
It's big cunk box in an assembled manner which is sitting in one corner of my room from December 25th ...
I have sent emails almost 10 to 15 times already..
.
Only response I am getting is we are checking whether associates and we will expedite to get the installation process done in 24 hours....
Hope the time has not stood still for steelcase alone and this response is holding good from Jan 3rd..
Hope to see if I can get a call from Steelcase ...
