The sample collection was done on time and I promptly made the payment.However the executive who collected the sample did not issue a payment receipt. He told the receipt will be issued by the Main Branch team. For past 4 days i am following up but they are not issuing the receipt.

At 10 o'clock they reply that provide registered number!!! How radiculous, they don't know value for empty stomach collection.. totally unprofessional...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Critical service. Sample collection time was 7.15 am and they collect sample by 9am.
Providing fake reason that while we call your phone was busy. And surprise is that inbetween 7.15 to 8.30 I called 3 times to customer care of sterling and same time sample collection person calls me. They not provide call details for mapping as well complaint number.
Suggesting go with local path lab rather than sterling.
Not taking sample collection on time and proving fake reasons.
