Floor plan is just ok not great so carpet area is less.
Since on the main road traffic noise and dust problem will be there always.
Amenities are shown but future will tell us what will be there.

Before finalizing with Sterling I had been to many other projects but honestly i felt, Ascentia is the best because of many aspects. The price is much cheaper than any other projects near by. (Its basically a very different calculation they use, which is a great benefit for any buyer eg.No car parking charge, No VAT) Quality wise they have really a good name in market, Very Transparent deals & great sales & support team..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartment Please check photos given below with Back gate and side gate. Iron road near to kids park ( your risk if your kid fall down so Please give him/her an iron jacket for protection ). Beautiful swimming pool…..you can play cricket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sterling Ascentia is located at perfect location or I will say to best place to get rid of Bangalore traffic because its bang opposite to RMZ eco space, I visited Sterling Ascentia site few days back , construction is about to finish :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is good property, giving my honest rating
Pros: 1)prime location 2) inside appartment work and room space is excellent. It's located in center of city you can travel any office easily
Cons: 1) there no much place to you walk , even inside apartment walking also polluted air because of prime location and bridge at entrance
2) you can't leave you children outside appartment easily ORR traffic is in fry of your gate .
3) kavery water is promised but no proper kavery water supply in that area.
4) backside of appartment big open drainage like river is going which not good , again you cannot allow your clean alone front side or backside
5 ) too much extra cost in the name of prime location
