★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to put update on my previous review.Even though I had issues with my order but now they have replaced my footwear and send me nice footwear .Also for one more order since they dont have return policy but SSS send me credit money which I have used for another night wear dress which comes really nice.So overall I am satisfied with my purchase.I wish that SSS will improve their service even more and be the best in industry.

SSS does not deserve any star at all.But one is minimum hence I am giving.They have delivered really pathetic products.I ordered footwear those were like they are picked up from some garbage.I cant believe they ship me such product .While confirming my order I got a call and executive told me return and all is easy , we will take the responsibility of all charges , but reading all other reviews I dont think they will return and refund my money.Its really disappointing to cheat people like this.

I ordered a footwear, it was delivered and the quality was very bad. I anted to return the product and wanted my money back, but website has no option to return/exchange product.
I wrote a mail to it customer care and got in response that the products can be returned or exchanged with different size, and incase of return money is not refunded. They give a code to be used in your next shopping that will deduct that amount. Due to which I am forced to shop to consume my credit amount with them.
This was my first experience with this site and was HORRIBLE. Scared to order next item to consume my credit note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is such a con. Placed an order for 3 pairs of sandals. The first order I received were bathroom slippers and felt like someone had played the fool! After continuous mails and follow ups they sent a fresh order and I received a delivery for which I had to pay again, in the confidence that my previous money would be returned later. Opened the package to see that only 2 pairs were delivered.
All in all, I paid double the amount meant for three pairs and received only 2.
Never received the third pair nor my money.
Customer support is pathetic and absolutely disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a jump suit from your website but the quality of the jumpsuit was pathetic i returned the same and ask for the refund it's been almost 20 days but till now I have not received my refund on daily basis I am following with you guys but I get only 01 answer it will be done soon. Other brands within 02 days refund the amount I don't know what you guys are thinking and why it's getting delayed .This was my 1st and last experience with you guys even I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from your website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I would like to say to people who are the customers. Guys after ordering heels from the website, I saw these reviews and i got panicked.
I ordered 4 pair of heels on Monday. Today early morning i received 3 pair of heels. And when I opening the parcel, i was very nervous, but i have to say this, the quality, size, material everything is fabulous.
1 pair is still pending to come, but now I am confident enough that 4th one will also up to the mark.
