★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their attitude were such as if they were doing a great favor by clicking my photograph. Super unfriendly behaviour. And their work were unprofessional. They are very expensive but that's not the point. The work has to be good as well. I had to go to another studio in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst place to click photos... They will charge a huge amount of money but all the shots they take is just good fr nothing.. Their behavior towards the people is also very rude and unprofessional.. So nobody should go there to click photos..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chitrarupa was nice when digitalization has not happened. But recently i had to face a mal-practise or cheating by Chitrarupa. In name of restoration (making digital photo better with photo-editing softwares), they are charging exorbitent price of Rs 300 per copy which is done by any bangalore lab or online within Rs 100. But this is not end of story but begining. Even after paying this high charge, when I asked the modified/restored soft copy, they refused to give that and mentioned an additional Rs 50 i need to pay if i need that modified/restored soft copy. This was not told when they took Rs 300 at begining. I argued very hard to convince them as per digital media right, the soft copy should beling to me, and also giving the soft copy to me does not require any extra cost to them but they were adament. I requested to let me talk to owners but again unheard. So i am taking help of social media now. I need to clarify, Rs 300 or Rs 50 is not the big matter here but how they are cheating people by not telling this Rs 50 story while grasping Rs 300 is much of a concern. Also, when i am paying Rs 300 for a service (restoration on my soft copy), then automatically the deliverable of the service (restoration) i.e. the final soft copy should belong to me, what is the logic behind charging another Rs 50 for the final soft copy to return to my possession? To me, it is cheating and people should be aware about it. Nowadays, for digital photo or restoration, lots of better labs are available across behala as well for restoration, many free or paid online websites available
