★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once they take order, they stop taking customer calls. Vivek Singh , a sales person was calling me 2 times a days before taking order and assured timely service. Once I placed order, he stopped taking my calls.
Unexpectedly high delivery timelines. They won’t let you give option to do assembly yourself and charge abnormally high price for assembly.
After delivery for last two days, the assembly guys has stopped taking calls .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE! Absolutely Unprofessional and clueless Staff, they have no idea of what is happening with the delivery or anything at all. Waited for 3 MONTHS for the delivery of a bench that was supposed to get delivered in a month. Upon calling, all the staff members don’t bother replying or answering calls! When it was time to sell their product, they called multiple times and once their money was transferred for the purchase, they seem to forget about you and you become least priority. They think it’s a joke. After delaying the delivery and making me wait for 3 months, they mentioned that the product can’t be dispatched and cancelled the order. I WOULDN’T Recommend the Pepperfry DLF Mall of india outlet to anyone. Please save your time and money and use it elsewhere. Using it at this store is a huge mistake and absolute waste of time. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism and sincerity shown my Pepperfry. It is literally the pits.

Delivered product had some issues, i reached out to team and was promptly addressed in 24hours. Very satisfied, would recommend everyone looking for a quality experience for furniture.
