We had visited the mulund store so, I am writing it here.
Ordered a dining table approximately 6 months back.
But, now it 2 of the chair legs are close to broken.
They said that it cannot be fixed by us as it was broken by our mis handling.
The problem is that the customer care communication was not polite enough according to me.
Also the quality of the product was not good
I recommend not to buy from Pepperfry because of their customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service, there is a person Siddhartha Nair who talk to you very decently also share phone number with you but never pickups the calls. I am trying to reach him from last 3 days but no luck, they have no courtesy to call you back.
Siddhartha do not keep his commitment. No features found that he was talking about the product. The delivery time is too long which was notified after purchase.
Do not buy Pepperfry products at least from this showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was very first time as I have seen many people getting perfect stuff from pepperfry, so I tried and went to Mulund West Pepperfry Studio and the guy named Aditya helped so much for ordering the correct size and correct price and he said it will be delivered on 24th. I was quite excited but today mrng the bluedart person called and he delivered the product but the product was absolutely different I ordered for Foldable Mattress but what they sent was normal straight mattress and when I went to complaint they said take refund please we cannot replace.. at the start he behaved helpful as the wrong product is delivered he took his hand back but Mr.Pem from studio understood the issue and raised the concern.
I am absolutely disappointed by the service because I heard abt it from evryone but it was an absolute blunder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently purchased a book shelf from pepperfry studio and it is a bad experience. Firstly I received a damaged product and even the quality was not at par. Product appeared a lot different from what was shown online. I expect quick response on my concern to return the product so that I can get my refund back...didn't expect such services from a big brand.
