I booked car in the month of February & initially executive told that car will be available in a month..
After a month executive told that.. due to New launch of waganor 2022, car dispatching is delayed.. Til now it is not done..
every 15 days im following.. bt the response is same.

The reason for me being loyal to Velox is only because of Mr. Sunil Dsouza (The One Man Army). He has brilliant indepth technical knowledge about each and every small details of the car (Subject Matter Expert). Everytime whenever i have any issues he is just a call away to solve my queries.
Also would like to highlight advisor Mr. Sadhiq Shaikh has also always been supportive and super fast for any service related queries.
It feels so great to get such proactive response from the Velox team.
Thanking you for maintaining my car like new even after 5 years.

Poor quality of washing every time complain about washing
Misbehaving staff specially Sadiq service advisor
Using abusing language to the customers
And they lost my memory card of system while servicing of my cars and don’t accept that
I kindly suggest to other customers don’t go for Velox motors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales and Senior Staff does not communicate clearly. They just force you to book the car by paying minimum booking amount by promising that even if we don't book for some uncertian reason then whole amount will be refunded. And if due to some problem vehicle is not booked and canceled, they deduct Rs.500. Even their senior staff does not give any proper information. Guess they need some kind of donation to run the company. Really disgusting and disappointing. Never book from such dealers who promise you something and output is zero. Worst customer service.
