★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service has deteriorated over the years. I ordered A/C vent and door protection strip for my Manza 6months back but everytime I get reason shortage of funds hence cannot be arranged. I have been their customer since past 3-4years, everytime they sell me some or other scheme assuring premium service but unfortunately they have failed to sustain the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Tata Nexon XZA+S in Nov 21. The official waiting period of 72 days was communicated to me correctly and as committed the Team ensured that I get the vehicle delivered on time. I got the vehicle delivered in Feb 2022. The team headed by Prashant Shahu and SA Pramod Mestri handled all my queries promptly and patiently. Mr Pramod ensured that our delivery experience was delightful with all Pooja arrangements made. The vehicle was cleaned and nicely decorated for delivery. The delivery formalities were explained by Mr. Anish and all our queries were resolved. Very happy to have booked our dream car with Keshva Motors. Hoping to have a long lasting relationship!

Medium level crowded in weekends, Test drive available on call, display cars available for walk round. Sales teams helps providing better offers compared to other TATA dealership in mumbai market. Shivaji was very helpful for support and answering all queries and recommendation. Process of books takes hardly 20min.
post delivery: Delivered on time with number plate fitting and all necessary doc. process completed in 20min for handover and demo. Delivery team is active and open to assist.
