The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. I want to come again in sturdy fitness gym in my vacation,because I know sturdy fitness gym and their staff get it done! No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit during vacation or to train like a hardcore athlete, Sturdy fitness gym is what you're looking for. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there.For me this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym?.well done sturdy fitness gym family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would really appreciate the way they train us! Also they are polite, caring, loving and yes they will make you work hard! If you are planning to make yourself fit, I assure you all this is the best place for it. No matter how busy they are u have question shoot them and then the answer will be right in front of you!
And yes I am enjoying out here too. ?

They provide dedicated support to each individual with accurate dite and training plan. It has separate cardio training with no extra cost. Sturdy fitness is a result driven institution and works toward betterment of people's health

Here equipment's are very good with Trained and professionals Trainers.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it’s been over a month that I have joined this gym, and yes at first I wasn’t regular, and now I don’t miss a day, this is the type of motivation they have given to me, and I am so glad I made this choice of choosing this gym, and I can tell by the number of customers they have, they must be doing an amazing job. Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at sturdy fitness,VERY friendly team Sourav, vivek , Prashant, Debashi, Aviral and everyone ,who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave, working out has become the highlight of my day. It’s very clean, fresh , good music, equipments are in very good condition, they do have special MMA(mixed marshal arts) classes, which is phenomenal. All the trainers are very professional and humble, along with personal training and diet chart, they are very motivating and they push us to reach our goals. I would definitely recommend this gym. <3
