★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst place to shop,customer service is pathetic, they dont know how to treat their loyal customers, Staff name Shontu, he was so super rude and misbehaved with me, furniture of pathetic quality, have been begging for replacement of the panel, i asked how much more time will it take, that staff said 1 mahine lagega jo karna hai karo...I would suggest not to buy another from here....I am sure to visit again and get him sued, if the owner doesnt takes any action, i am sure to take one..heights of intolerance.

The furniture looked great and we ordered it. Since then it has been delayed and the pieces that have arrived have had wrong parts as part of the shipment.
Delivery and execution as of now is very very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff doesn't have minimum etiquette. I don't know his name. He is short fat dark. He made us wait for more than 20mins. We want to change our beds side panel . He is very rude . Why this kind of employees are hired. The man is very rude.
Now they are saying it will take more than 20 days to come .
I would like to take charge against him .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having the worst experience buying a wardrobe from Style Spa, This wardrobe is delivered to me after 26 days after i purchased and the latest story is they have no one at this moment to assemble it. They said their carpenters are in holiday and they might take 2-3 days to assemble it. This is horrible for me specially the delivery and Assemble time they gave. Product yet not tested we i have a full doubt on this purchase. Truly disappointed if it would be a foreign country then this Style Spa might have gone to hell with Consumer Forum attack and other legal procedures might have given you a lot of penalties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever in any retail. Went to buy a bed. But after seeing the products decided not to as they were not matching my requirements. A week later they called me up and asked if I have decided anything. When i said that i have changed my mind, their behaviour was too rude to take as a customer. They asked me as why have i wasted their time visiting. If this isithe condition and impression style spa leaves on peoples mind then its really tough for someone to keep style spa as an option ever again. Its better that they close down their retails and keep thier online site only so that their time is not wasted.
