★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this office in Feb 2022. The building has a modern infrastructure but it is poorly maintained. The steel is rusted, paint is faded, broken chairs and the garden outside has no grass it looks like a muddy puddle. The washroom is very untidy and unhygienic, the pipe connecting urinal stock was broken, dirty tiles and taps.
The office looks good from inside. The waiting area inside the office building is clean. Nice tiles, wall mounted LCD and clean steel chairs. The office staff was cooperative and it took 30 minutes to complete my work. However the system/process of dealing is very old which needs updation for quick resolution to general public.
