★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been here for adjudication of GPA, as this office is also the district subregistrar office.
Get all your photocopy and printing work done before you come here as there's only 1 shop in 4th floor and nothing nearby. One print is Rs.5 and to get one Rs.200 challan they charged me Rs.100 extra. Believe the rates are this high because of the huge rent the service provider pays.
Though GPA adjudication is not a time consuming process, and can be done within the same day, never rush it to be delivered immediately or else you will get it on next day :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things first, this place has parking but it is limited and will usually be full and you will not find a parking spot here.
This place is like the usual government office. Things move at snail’s pace. And, moreover you have to catch a agent to get things done at that pace. Otherwise, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to get your things done and completed successfully in a single day. You will have to make rounds multiple times and days otherwise. Better get hold of a agent. Apart from this, people are usually friendly and your work will be get done without much hassles.

They said its must and speed up otherwise you will be waiting only.
Why not can be system like passport office?

Typical Govt. Office.
Wait time to ensure your work is completed = 5 hours.
Ample amount of seats.
Airy place.
No Water arrangements.
No arrangement to assist Senior Citizen.
No arrangement for specially abled person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience at Govt offices is usually bad, but this was different! The place is clean, spacious and very well organised. Work is picked up and done on time despite the heavy workload. Special mention Mr Suresh and the senior officer he was working with! They were extremely professional, well experienced and helped to check all imp aspects for registration. It's giving major goals to other govt offices and employees and hope we have similar good experience everywhere.

You will see people coming hours after you getting their work done and leaving, while you as a conscientious law abiding citizen look on helplessly. No Officer seems to be incharge.
