★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now let me just tell you about the service of GEB...when ever it drizzle a little I don't know why this people always cut down the electricity.......they do a power cut for almost 6-8 hour in the name of "MAINTAINANCE"
..but hah I must say they are kidding..when a person is sleeping at night.. congratulations your sleep is Disturbed due a freaking power cut.....all in all worst service ever... should shutdown and give further to torrent power!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative ratings. Most unproductive and non organised office.
Officers treats us like we are uneducated and free with full of time.
Simple applications to increase load has been unattended after 2 months. I have been following up every week and i have been asked to fill different forms. they took payment first for ~15000 Rs week in advance though.
Its unfortunate for us that we have no option rather bear with such non professional staff.

Even though I paid my bill online and even paid for in order to deposit money for future bills, my current bill is still showing that I need to pay some amount. Worst cooperation. Customer toll free support no. isn't even working. I have to go to office in person in order to solve a transaction error from their side. Pathetic and hopeless department

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, Staff behavior is really satisfactory. Provides you all required information and helps you complete your task. Parking space is an issue here for the 4 wheelers. No nearby stationary or Xerox shops, so make sure you collect all the information and ready your documents accordingly.
