★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hopeless, third class, horrible service & Internet is not mostly working or very slow & major staff is rude, arrogant & also on leave. Billing payment system with credit card to cash even, name transfer system every services is third grade. I mean to rate zero ratings but there is no zero ratings or minus ratings. A person to come to get name transfer 4 to 5 times then name transfer work is done that to spelling mistakes in name & name corrections in receipt is not same day. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would happily give no star to their services and supply of power. Without any reason the power supply is cut off for hours in the entire area. No one picks up the phone or informs about the reason for power cut. Pathetic just pathetic services.

Half of the time power is cut without any reason and if a bit of rain starts then they cut the power. Just abit rain and they have such Infrastructure who cant resisit this . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic electricity provider. Despite endless hours spent for maintenance, they are not able to provide steady electricity supply in any time of the year. Frankly speaking, UGVCL does not deserve a single star. In a nutshell, UGVCL Shilaj can be defined as a group of most undeserving people, wether it be the administration team, communication team, or it be the technical team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Government should give all their electric distribution contract to private companies like torrent because they provide far better service at Same prices.
Even though they possess more fund being government company they fail to utilise it effectively.
Moreover they are just wasting tax payers money by improper execution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services, they don't know how to use infrastructure in a proper way. They have no experience to handle difficult situations. They take very long time to reestablish disrupted power supply. When power supply disrupted their staff didn't care to answering consumers. Lower staff ignored orders of superior officers.
