★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless and hopeless staff. No one is taking care. Complaint telephone no. remain constant engage. We cannot contact on phone and we are compelled to visit their office. Such services are not acceptable in current time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visualising electric hazard with chances of short circuits and fire I had requested UGVC Motera section office with a letter to urgently attend the same.
1) They refused to acknowledge receipt and refused to endorse the copy of the complaint letter.
2) More than three days have passed no action has been taken . On enquiry I was told we have not received the complaint. This nothing but harassment and irregular practice to intimidate the consumer.
Please investigate and take necessary action against the officer in charge...
Things have improved with posting of new DY Engineer.More dedicated to service and prompt solution of problems.

2-Paper works need to be shifted to Electronic version.
3-Cashier was sweating badly. Need AC for them.
4-Also auto pay facility to be started to support timely pill pay.

But the officer incharge is not there on his tabal...office time is 10:30 AM and its alredy 11:30 AM but the person responsible is not present.
I am asking again and again but there no reply from any one that where this person has gone..and he is not on leave....guard is continuos making excuses.
We making online payment but this name change facility is not online and even if we come to there office for paper formality then the staff is not there.
What to do ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit this office and you will realise, why privatization is needed in every govt sector. Typical govt office. Their staff behaves as if they are entitled for rude behavior. Even for small work you have to personally visit the office and no online work.
