★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst diagnostic ever.. whenever we give them a call they just keep the call on hold for around 15-20 mins and then cuts the call.. sometimes the phone is also switched off! never visit this place this people are liars..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your reports than better dont choose suburban.....they don't bother..its been 2 days im awaiting reports that were suppose to get the sam days...how r we suppose to consult doctors...even after continuous phone call no reply...person called abhimanyu picks up call..keeps me on hold for 15 mins and that cuts the call...pls shut down your service...that wud b kind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my rt pcr test on 11th I got my report on 12th. Very good service my report came by mail n gave me certificate in hand too the price too was good compared to others ie 1180 rs only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took My pt Mr Kamalanand Sharma, age 80 yrs to suburban diagnostic center in panjim, goa for covid test .on 2nd October they were suppose to send me report by evening , it is almost 3 days now we r waiting for the report . They charged him rs4500 , whereas in Mumbai center he was charged 2500 . Why this loot? All contact nos r either switched off or not picked up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from Gujarat and as per the government guidelines I'll be needing my rt-pcr reports to enter my native state Gujrat. Today it was compulsory to have test so that I can get the certificate before 3rd April (the day I'm going back). But the lab at panji (the employees who work there) they decline to take the sample and said after 1:30 we do not collect the samples. But at the same time they were collecting the samples of other people who were also from Gujarat. I requested them but they deny to help that this is against their company protocols. They collected other clients sample but not mine by saying that they are here since 1:10 and asked us to stand outside the office to have talk later. But after 10 minutes he took the other family from Mumbai inside and We were still waiting. They had their sort of adjustments but we didn't. We asked to lodge the complaint against them they replied to call on toll free number for complaint as they are doing what they are asked to do by their owner and manager of the lab. No one is answering at toll free number we have tried so many times. It was really a very worse experience with the suburban diagnostics, Panjim branch. We were expecting help in different state but got the deniel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a smooth experience with getting our RT-PCR test before travel. With the home testing option, they came home on time at 9am, took samples, and we got the results the next day at 10am. Maybe better to call them one day in advance and confirm if everything is ok with the appointment booked online as we didn't get any sms or email confirmation after booking appointment online.
