★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointing . Subway is my favourite meal and was happy to know it's in Chembur new location but spoiled family Saturday dinner . Absolutely all 4 subway were very very lowly stuffed with veggies and had to really arrange something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi.. we had ordered two 6 inch and 500ml Pepsi bottle.. received the parcel but got the can of 330ml instead of 500ml bottle.. we tried to contact the subway office but it was continuously call was busy.. a bad experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the Subway outlet which has changed it’s address from opposite RK studio and is now opposite diamond garden. I ordered 3 subs via Zomato and they sent me only 2. I called them to report the same and they said that they’ve sent 3 and maybe the delivery agent stole it. I told them there was no way for the delivery agent to steal it since the parcel was perfectly sealed and packed. They stuck to their statement and hung up on me while I was talking. Acha apart from this blunder, the 2 sandwiches which they actually sent were absolute garbage. There was hardly any sauce or chicken. I honestly enjoy the food from Subway but this outlet is a shameful addition to their chain. Also, please train your staff to communicate well when a customer calls with a grievance rather than totally disregarding them and hanging up when they are SPEAKING!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vijay & Shubham Day Shift.. They fought with their colleague Pooja instead of attending customers.. Had to wait for 15mins.. served worst sandwich I have ever had.. also very very rude. Never want to go here again.

First store of Subway in Chembur & in business since many years now. Cute little outlet located opposite to R.K Studios at Chembur. The place is clean and staff is polite. There are only 6 tables here, so its best to get a takeaway. However, if you manage to get a table, its a good spot to spend an evening.
Cost of two - INR 600/-
My favourite - Veggie delight Sub
Pro Tip - Get your own drinks/Chips here or buy them from outside, as they sell at a very high price here.
