★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.Teach you staffs to bill the customer first and then provide the food.
2. As per govt rule, a food outlet cannot deny plain water, which was denied.
3. If you don't have a particular topping, that is your fault, and you need to provide customer with alternative toppings to choose from, If not then you cannot bill customer the actual amount for same sub with lesser toppings.
4. Teach basic hospitality to your staffs.
