★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visited Subway restaurant I am order something 3 items but restaurant lady is not taken my order is telling so many order is there sir you have to wait one and half hour I really shock and nobody customer is not there in restaurant is telling so many order is there in online very bad experience and an professional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Subway tastes similar to other Subway outlet. Small outlet at apt location and good for quick bites. Salads and other ingredients are fresh. Stores keeper gets your confirmation before preparing the Sub. They keep the same menu and should think for some more menu options. Overall it is value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love subway ...really healthy and tasty and good part all the different kinds of breads have the same price...the place is very small but nice and tidy ..it is located very close to the metro station ..but there were no washrooms...the staff were quite responsive ..the same taste as in the other outlets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered multiple times from here, and my experience has been horrible. Every single time, the food delivered was incorrect. The restaurant is ignorant and careless when it comes to preparing customized orders. Despite the fact that customers have the option to customize the subs, the instructions are not followed. In fact, they cheat customers by not additing 80% of the ingredients. They customize as per their preference and do not take responsibility for the incorrect food. I have complained multiple times, but they don't take feedback. Therefore, don't order from here and waste ur money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never fresh bread... Always yesterdays dry horrible bread these days... I am almost a daily customer and have frequented this outlet for many years and the current lady boss Miss Ramya is rude and overtalks the customer and does not listen...i have eaten in Subways all over the world the last 40 years and NEVER is the bread NOT freshly baked several times a day... Your management needs retraining; the other tribal and South Indian staff in the Brigade Rd franchise there are respectful and friendly...You lost a lot of future business over this precise issue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 12:38 PM, we were told the breads hadn't cooled yet so we can't order a subway sandwich; we can only get wraps or salads until then. We came back in half an hour and the breads were ready. The person who made our subs was inattentive and missed a few things while making the subs. The staff was polite enough, but I expected more professionalism from an outlet in Brigade road!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spot is kinda a hidden and small. The place no well maintained, they dont even give you a tray to hold the ordered stuffs. Subways are good but i dont know why but didnt like the stuff that was laying their. I doubt they even remove their the stuffs after their self life. And for the new guys to subway please check some videos or suggestions before you visit the store becuz they wont give any combination or tips for making your sandwich so make your own or get their own one.
