Another problem is approach road from the main road is in bad condition and not enough light.
Inside is well maintained though

Play ground, park, badminton court present
Whole complex is well maintained, cleaned and decorated with flower tubs and ornamental tree tub...The only negative point is the entry road..From Lal gate, Narendrapur to this housing complex is not concreted and narrow...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complex is good the apartments are spacious, but the location is quite far from the city of Kolkata, it's entrance from the main Sonarpur Road is quite hidden, not paved and poorly maintained.
But if you looking for a cheaper rent it will be a good option.

It is also easily approachable from the renowned Rama Krishna Mission school at Naredrapur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is possibly one of the rare condominiums where one gets the feel of community life all day long. My in laws stay there. They are old and infirm and yet for the people who live there as neighbours really look after them as real neighbours.
