★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses are very kind, caring and considerate. Very clean and hygienic environment maintained by the cleaning staff and ward boys. Expert team of doctors available in three shifts well supported by the duty doctors. Patient food was also nutritious and wholesome. One of the best hospitals!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had taken my senior citizen father for Covid booster dose. Have to say it was a wonderful experience. Ample parking space, ample seating arrangements. The staff was very helpful. Everything is well organised. Once you tell them your registration details, then everything is streamlined. They guide you through everything. One lady was there with us almost all the way (payment, waiting area, vaccination) the nurse who vaccinated my father and me was also well trained. They asked us to wait for 30 minutes before leaving. Thank you to the staff at Suguna hospital for such a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible hospital.Told they will do cataract surgery in this hospital and admitted patient for glucose control . They provided treatment for 2 days and after knowing we have arogya bhagya Yojana scheme they told we won't do eye testing here and u need to get checkup done in other hospital and after that will do surgery here. We confirmed thrice before admitting the patient. Below are the attached photos of semi private ward. Ward is full of small cockroaches and washroom smell is terrible, they have put naphalene balls in washbasin and it stinks. Condition of the wards is totally terrible. Don't fall for external view of the hospital. Because we were there for 2 days I really cannot tell about doctors expertise. They charge unnecessarily telling covid charges even though they won't even follow any so called covid protocol.
