They Delivered the car after 5 hours of waiting and there's no place for customers to sit. Agents were rude and doesn't respond properly. I've seen one zoom car agent hitting the car by ramming into another car just before delivering to customer. They drive recklessly as they have the chance to put the blame on customer. Worst zoom car station I've ever seen. Don't book zoom car at this location.

It's been 15 days and no refund. No number to call back for refund. So much cheating. Zoomcar no 1 frauds. No refund even after 15 days. Zoom couldn't deliver good condition vehicle and I returned vehicle. I was promised I will get refund in 5 days and later no call back. In between I tried Facebook team I was told I'll get call from escalation team. Worst and fraudsters. Now they reply in Facebook - giving me a new story that clutch was fine and unfortunately no refund. Mechanic who was present in Rajajinagar location confirmed that I can't take this vehicle for 3 days and it's a risk. He even told customer care on call. Now they say no refund and clutch is fine. Such a hopeless service. 15000 rs is lost. People don't risk and take vehicles from Zoomcar.

The support person were very helpful and mainted the car well. Despite of my language issues they tried to communicate with me in a polite way and let me know all the details And also gave support after picking up

The worst customer service ever, they don’t deliver the car on time at the same time they don’t even tell you they’re going to be bloody 2 hours late. Where’s the bloody customer service to offer another car if they are running late the booked one. So pathetic, they ruin your plan of travel every bloody time. On top of it they’re bloody proud of their customer service.

It was the first time and Had a terrible experience. Had booked for home delivery at 10am. When I called the driver# I got. He was at a 30km away location and he can't come to correct address with out getting orders. Then after repeated try reached thier call centre and they say they are seeing 2 addresses in location where I see correct data in my app. Shared my screen img to the helpdesk via driver. Later they agreed to reassign trip to driver for correct location. Vehicle came at 1pm. When checked own damage insurance was expired, no emission certificate in car.showed to driver and he asked to contact helpdesk and wentaway. Started calling helpdesk again. .meanwhile I started the app checklist hoping there is a document verification section but there is none. It started the ride itself.Every time they said backend team will call back in 15 min and no one called. I did it 3 times.I did not want to take out the car without proper document. Finally around 4.30 called them again and asked to cancel my booking and provide full refund. I wasted full day just to make phone calls to zoomcar helpdesk in addition to booking money without driving a single km. Waiting for them to take the car back. Don't know how many times I will have to call to get it done.

Poor customer executive service, to speak with customer executive we have wait for more than 10min. If connected improper coordinate and solutions. I have join my car in host program since 10 days back, still my mobile number not registered in host program, I'm unable to earn income, unable to take my own car for my own needs. Wrong commitment and vision of zoom cars. Now I'm unable to close my car windows.

I took Swift Manual 2012 model (OD02AG1093) from rasulgarh. Vehicle was clean. But there was no music system. So don’t take swift manual. Go for Automatic. All automatic zoomcars are new models.
