We had requested for an intercity travel and the driver was very polite, sophisticated, did not take any calls while driving and neither blew horn throughout the journey which was such a relief! So much better than ola or any other cab service.
And while making payment through UPI there was some issue with GPAY and the amount was deducted twice! I realised it later after a few days - and without any hassle the reverted the extra amount within a few minutes.
Highly recommended.
