★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a residential housing society built by Sukhwani builders in 2008-10.
The society has 56 3 BHK flats across 4 wings of 7 floors each & 54 2 BHK flats across 2 wings of 7 floors each.
The society has 80 covered parking spaces & several more open parking spaces. There is no dedicated visitor's parking.
The society has secured adequate water supply & very rarely faces power outages. The society has a small kid's play area and a garden and nothing more than that in amenities. Each building has a lift. However there is no additional fire escape staircase, nor are other fire fighting measures adequately in place, from the construction point of view.
The location of the society is ideal.
Petrol pump - 5 mins walk
Chinchwad station - 10 mins walk
Pimpri station - 20 mins walk
Pimpri market - 20 mins walk
Chinchwad gaon bus stand - 20 mins walk
Malls, multiplexes - 30 mins walk
Chinchwad gaon market - 25 mins walk
