The support staff at Ulsoor road has some of the best staff I have ever seen in Jewellery stores.. Especially Zahed the store manager Habeeb and Furkan and shariffunissa have got very good customer handling skills.. I have referred a lot of my family members to this store..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t sell India made gold ornaments, it’s Dubai make & whitish in color ( not yellow). The bangles we purchased lost it’s shine within a year and we had to exchange at other shop outside Karnataka at lower price . The main challenge is quality of gold ( it’s 916 as per them) and no branches outside Karnataka in western and northern states for repair or replacement. 3 Star for courtesy while at store .
Overall, better to avoid for big amount purchase - go to Tanishq or any other trusted shop instead for transparency. Don’t go by shiny setup please.
