At the very outset, customers were requested to double mask and customers are encouraged to make appointments so that crowding at the store can be avoided. There was ample social distancing and sales staff were double masked too . Sanitizing of products and counters and hands was very frequent. All these safety measures did not diminish the excellent service we received. We had a gold exchange planned and the sales person, Mr Raghavendra, guided us through the process painstakingly and admirably. He painstakingly scanned the availability of discounts over and over again, maximizing our value, and made sure that all the chains and pendants fit,by adjusting the clasps personally. He also packaged all the products beautifully, providing extra stops for earrings. I have never had such an excellent experience at a jewellery store. The gold exchange was transparent and completely compliant with the highest standard of integrity. Kudos to Tanishq for excellence in customer care, product variety and world class service.

Very patient with people like me who don't understand much about jewellery. More than anything they instill trust and are honest about their offerings.
An example of how I trust this store and brand is as follows:
I finalized a product which had a discount which i wasn't aware of. But during billing I was informed and charged the correct price. They could have charged me whatever was informed earlier and I would be none the wiser. But they were honest in dealing with me and I truly appreciate their work ethic.
No matter what my budget is, I've found great customer service here and am grateful for the way they run their business.

All customers enjoyed and the staff distributed the cake and a Samosa. Very good hospitality and service. Customers have a choice to drink Tea, Coffee or any cold drink. Coffee was very tasty. One visit gives anyone a good experience and surely will go out with some purchase. We wish them all success and good business and continue to have the best customers care and service.
