★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience with Sales Team...Mr.Ambarish spent a quality time and was fully focused as well stayed with us till all our queries are completed. This helped us to take a final call of booking a flat within couple of hours. Project Name Eden Garden matches / reflects really with the ambience and environment which is no doubt as we have seen a dozen projects in Bangalore before and none match near to Eden Garden. 14 Acres contains a small city and away from hustle bustle of city life...eagerly waiting for occupation soon ! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have recently booked a flat with Sumadhura Eden Gardens and we are quite satisfied with our experience. We literally booked the flat in a week as whatever investigation we did were all positive. The greatest add-on was our experience with Francis from Sales Team. He helped us bigtime throughout the process in clearing all our doubts, showed us all the available options and helped us to pick the best as per our requirement. We are still pending with the registration and once that is done i will add here in review.

Mr. Francis provided flat visit to several options with different direction before we can finalize our flat. Also, all documentation and bank work is now online and hassle free. So, loved the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose Sumadhura Eden Garden after extensive and exhaustive search for more than a month, both resale and ready to move in properties. I must say Mr Ahmed from Sales team with whom I met first in Feb and then on 12th March when I finally booked the apt, has been extremely helpful, cordial, knowledgeable, polite and patient. He continuous to help us answer all our doubts & queries being first time home buyer very patiently. Till now we had a very pleasant experience interacting and co-ordinating with Mr Ahmed. Thanks so much for understanding our requirements and helping choose our dream home, Mr Ahmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am residing in Soham P002, I referred my friend to Eden garden G002 but he had Worst buisness with sumadhura and they are cheating a lot now in new projects no quality and CRM team is worst.
They never provide what they promise don't go for this builder.
See the photos which shows the quality of Sumadhura builder and they done some patch work for window grill to cover it, worst builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project is unique and is evident the moment you enter the campus. Filled with tonnes of open space and play areas, you'd find this ideal for anyone with little kids. I wanted to comment a bit more on the overall buying experience (especially for NRIs). All communications are done via their own app, and unlike email threads that get lost, everything is handled well via tickets/requests. Eden Garden has been very responsive in accommodating viewings, helping me with documents etc. They were also helping in arranging an allotment transfer for me, although I ended up not pursuing it in the end. Registration took hardly 2 hours and very less waiting for me - thanks to their help. My central point of contact has been Prathipa from CRM team and she went above and beyond by understanding my limitations as an NRI and helped facilitate everything on my absence. She has often directly called me to explain proceedings like registration. My case was a little complicated as my travel plans to India was after the regular registration slots, and Prathipa ensured that I was able to register a few months after my stipulated time. Special kudos to her and her team for making this a peaceful endeavor for me. Would definitely recommend this for NRIs.

The entire Sumadhura team is very helpful. We had a great experience from the time we have booked the flat including Agreement, payments & Registration process. Entire process was very smooth.
Atmosphere within society is awesome. Mr. Amrish from Sumadhura is very helpful ?.
We made the right choice by choosing Sumadhura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently booked a flat in Sumadhura Eden Garden after visiting multiple properties. This project has lot of open space and tonnes of amenities. The best feature of the project is its club house. The quality of multi purpose hall is amazing, it gives feeling of a 5 star hotel.
The sales team is very friendly. Mr. Satish from Sumadhura helped me a lot and advised appropriately. It was a nice experience interacting with him.
