★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got it for a decent price. Price Uncomparable with other projects in that area. Delayed by nearly 1 year however this is common in all projects. Builder is good person with helpful nature. Project situated on the highway is big plus. Good quality, lot of ventilation with no adjacent buildings on all four sides.
