Association is so worst. All their rule is against owner and tenants.
Increasing maintenance 20-20%
Without giving any extra facilities
Think twice before renting out or buying any flat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's upcoming area. In this project they are providing commercial space, hotel, office space , hotel almost everything which is required to have good life. Will connected to Whitefield and airport . Nice place to invest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is set just by the Express highway, so very good for quick travel, also being beside a mall is very good for ROI. There also is a comercial property ob brigade signature so working, shopping, and travel becomes easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartment in old madras road Bangalore. The property is a part of Brigade Golden Triangle. You may get all amenities & well maintained. Outside space is more than enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brigade Golden Triangle & Brigade group: Very poor construction quality, cheap materials used and not customer centric. One year after handover the builders completely wash their hands off any of the constructional / structural issues that arise and leave it to the mercy of the apartment association - apartment is just around three years old and you can see the condition of apt in the pics.
As you can see from other negative review feedbacks' - "project is handed over to association" is the standard answer!
Their customer service attitude is don't care and their customer service portal is bogus - without addressing any issues or even providing any feedback they close issues on their own.
Multiple attempts to converse their support team have failed. Even their marketing team who were involved during the sale are not responding.
I am forced to sell this property and look for a better one. Even an Ambassador car would last longer than three years!

2. Simple and Elegant layout. Spacious floor plans.
3. Easily accessible and flanked with the Orion Uptown Mall with Hotel/PVR and Signature Office tower.
4. Grocery/Medical shops, BB Vending Machines inside campus, along with big All Market store in adjacent mall.
Glowing new residential/office/shopping hotspot of the area!!!
