Quality of the construction is good and ventilation is very promising. Explored a lot of options around but none of the builders are giving much carpet area with good quality. Fantastic sales team (Prakash, Giriraj & Nandhini). Mr. Prakash & Giriraj is a thorough professional and had patiently explained to us even the minute details that went into the construction and development of this project, they're almost nearing completion. Mainly location is good only project looks promising and pricing is worth for the quality. In phase-3, the metro train service will be extended to Hoskote on Bengaluru's eastern outskirts from K.R. Puram it will be ready by 2025. Am so happy to be a part of the Bren family.

Quality of construction seems to be good, well ventilated, carpet area is more compared to other projects I've seen. Located on the old Madras road itself. Almost nearing completion. Looks like they'll complete on time. Legal documents are proper. SBI approved project. The sales manager, Mr. Prakash is very polite.

I have booked an apartment in this project based on below observations. I found it to be very spacious apartment at the available affordable rate. Every room has two windows which I have never seen in any apartment. Very good layout. Well placed amenities and it will be pleasant atmosphere on completion. An apartment architectured to provide abundance of light and air which was something we were keen on while buying home. Feel it yourself when you go there. Construction quality is very good. It's use of aluminium formwork using RCC walls gives it a next-gen construction quality. It's next to highway and has very good connectivity to the tech hubs. This area already seeing huge growth which is evident by the huge number of top builders already in this area. Lots of schools available in the vicinity and malls upcoming. Now talking about the marketing(Giriraj) and project management team(Vijay) are very co-operative. Thanks a lot BREN!

The apartment is located adjacent to old Madras road which gives it a good connectivity to all the major city points. The marketing executive, Mr.Prakash is a thorough professional and had patiently explained to us even the minute details that went into the construction and development of this project, which has increased our confidence in the quality of BREN. We further expect high quality finishing and timely delivery from the builder to ensure us a positive after sales experience.

The amenities and quality is decent but not as premium as their price. Biggest turn off is their Sales. There is a guy called Prakash who is more interested in selling resale flats. He demands 2 percent commission as he gets this cheaper than the listed price .He dissuades you from selecting other available flats by saying they are not good and they have some problems. One more thing, please get every thing clear before you pay any money. Once you have paid money they will dictate everything.

Bren starlight leading quality construction on Old Madras main road. 1. 100% ventilation with 3 side open and dual windows. 2. Easy accessibility to IT parks, hospital, school and airport. 3. Rooftop organic gardening. 4. Temperature controlled pool. 5. 8-feet tall main door and windows. Many more unique smart features in project, with additional benefit like modular German kitchen. One of the best project Bren StArlight.

Quite convinced to buy an apartment in this complex. Location is good, design of flats is very sensible, spacious, airy and cost effective than all the Salarpuria/Brigade apartments nearby. Construction quality is very good and construction speed is super-fast. Overall amenities being provided are good and will do for 190 homes, though not as luxurious and expansive as other construction brands which charge you 1 cr+. Agree with other reviews that not a lot of shops, hospitals are close by in this area but I think once this complex is ready, these will spurt immediately because Brigade Exotica is also nearby. Decathlon is 5 mins walk. Also Metro link is planned in this area in 3-4 years so definitely a good option from investment perspective. Airport is 35 mins by car. Bren sales team is very friendly, helpful and responsive so far. Haven't had any bad experiences during my last 4 months of interaction with anything. I definitely recommend this apartment to interested people both for residential as well as investment purpose.
