★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very well built with a clubhouse, Parks, play areas and kids parks. It is away from highway and other traffics. So, very less noise. Most of the amenities are completed and available for use. Very good location to invest.
After seeing the reviews, i thought it will be better to mention the fact that the project is completed long ago. There is a feasiblity in this venture is that we can change/modify the internal walls, and can build according to our choices. That what is going on right now. If any one wants to move can purchase, do interiors and move immediately. All statuary requirements are got approved and nothing is pending. Go for registration also. are

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A so-called premium society with no adherence to keeping it clean and functional. unnecessary exorbitant charges for facilities and inexperienced FMS are among key issues which society is facing. Adding a scenic view from my flat for reference.
Pathetic society, incompetent staff, useless management and sales team. Regretting buying a flat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our flat booking experience with SLV Central Park Landlord Momu Venture team is very much transparent all the required documents for verification was available and readily provided.
NOTE: this is not the same when it comes to builder as I have gone through the same.
The project amenities as per design is in line with premium projects and the speed of completion it has come up very well. Overall excellent experience till date and we would recommend this project. Price is very competitive in this serinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is almost all cons with this apartment. They have allowed many structural changes after construction and even after few flat owners moved in. Like making flats duplex by drilling roof. All flats and buildings are full of cracks which they claim hairline and has to happen. They have excuses for everything. Ownership is managed by wife of builder and she is not only rude but have behavioural issues. Builders is extremely small budget and has compromised with construction quality. The price of flats are lower is said segment and location because construction is fully compromised. Builder is repairing all cracks. But we all know the future of this deed. Private terrace waste water is draining in main water tank. Lower basement has water logging issues. Seepage is common everywhere. Electricity is big issue . Even in little rain, electricity trips. Power fluctuations has damaged many electrical items in many flats like refrigerators and tv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So glad to take a decision to move to this apartment. Indeed a good apartment with decent amenities at a reasonable price. The community is very lively. One drawback is that the lift area is only in the middle of the floor, making it really difficult for people who stay in the corner flats to shift their things or carry heavy items. Also, pls don go by the negative reviews posted here. We spoke to few residents and have understood that the issues have been addressed by the builder. Some of the issues happened due to covid, the possession of the flats were given before completing the entire project. This lead to complaints amongst the residents.
Though the issues have been addressed already, the SLV team has not been able to respond via Google reviews as the account was managed by another manager in th past.

I booked East facing unit and builder have designed with only East and North facing
Sales team and engineers are very cooperative and it was a very smooth process even on loan
I have refereed my cousin who was also looking for 3bhk and positively suggest this project if you are looking.in and around this location
