Terrible service to no service. No communication with consumers for any details or anything otherwise. The ground level people working are of no help they switch off their mobiles. Try calling their office and the situation is equally bleak. The lady atta do g the phone has no information and is not helpful neither is the lady Zubeida who apparently manages the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy with the service of Sun Cable, very professional staff, Ms. Zubeda has been very helpful to us especially to my old mother who calls even in the night for the renewal of cable service and the call gets attended by Zubeda and in no time subscription gets renewed. Lastly good internet speed with technicians at disposal on call at The Address, Wadhwa Ghatkopar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Their technician named Rahul told me twice that he would come to my place and fix my cable connection, but then he never showed up. The cable connection keeps getting disconnected several times a month. The lady attending the phone call will keep lying about the technician is already fixing the issue, but it's not true. Most of the 5 star rating is given by their staff. I would suggest people to opt for other Cable operators.
