★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The net connection was down for 3 days. I tried calling since day 1 but i only got an assurance that the technician will be at my location soon. They arrived on the 5th day changed the ethernet cable, took the money and the connection was ok till next day. After the connection went down i waited for 1hr as i thought it would resolve on its own but it didnt so i called them back. It has been 1 week and still no one has shown up. My monthly subscription ended 2 days ago so in all i havent used the net for 11 days out of which 9 days were within my subscription period. I'm still trying to get in touch with them but the numbers are always busy. This is not the first time it has happened. When the connection works its good but when it goes down i have to wait for very long to get it fixed. Very disappointed at the service now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service seriously don't ever take connection or use prasant internet its too bad (sandas)bc srf aako chutya banaye ga or kuch nahi nicha image ma dakho 8 mbps promise but see what i got (ya be properly work nahi karta he)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Minimum 4 days are taken by them to restore the internet connection once lost. Very much unprofessional approach. Extremely unreliable. I had been using their internet connection for around 10 years but the service kept degrading exponentially and now it is time for a change.

Bad service ever. Don't respond to customers.
They will commit but won't send their team for installation.
I'm following ups like I'm the vendor and they are customer.
I can't take other's connection because of monopoly in this building. Society has given contract to them.
If you have choice then pls opt for some other customer oriented vendor.
Will update on speed once get the connection.
