★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its by far the worst ISP I have come acrossed. Pathetic speed & poor services most of the time the line is down reason being "servers are down" & "fiber is cut" & blah blah. By Nov 2020 would be switching out & never look back to Wnet as i took a prepaid which I regret the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, the speed slows down daily during evening and weekends. A lot of downtime during weekends. Basically whenever u have time to use internet it won't work. The plans are dated with slow speeds and high charges. Such poor quality service should not be allowed to operate in Godrej colony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, they are charging high and giving the quality as well, they did not deserve a 1 star rating also, internet always fluctuations, not even a single day I have worked calmly due to this quality, NOT ATTENDING THE COMPLAIN ALSO, it just we can take any other connection here in Godrej, we have to bear this otherwise there many options in market with quality service an reasonable rate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Unprofessional behaviour of the employees working here, the connection is highly Unstable and would stop working mostly around late evening post 6-7 pm, the worst part is that no one would receive your calls post 5pm so whatever issue you are facing would be resolved by next day only. My internet connection has stopped working because the plan has not yet renewed. I've been requesting since Saturday 18/12/21 to renew my plan yesterday around 8 pm my internet connection was disabled as it was not renewed even after requesting several times, when I called them the response was " madam abhi tak aayi nhi hai woh 11:30 am k baad aati hai uske baad hi aapka plan renew hoga". I an not sure what the working hours are for people working in Wnet but one thing I am sure if is that everyone leaves by 5 pm. So this Madam comes at office post 11:30 am Why is Wnet even paying her ?? The worst part is I cannot switch to any other broadband as Godrej has authorized only wnet to provide the service in their colony. The employees at Wnet are taking undue advantage of this Situation. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
