★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Applied for Broadband connection before 1 Month at Dahisar East, Person collected Documents and Approved that I will get connection in 2 days. After 3 Days I am not received any call from Sampark Infotainment I have call sales person for connection he says some technical issue in your area it will take more 2 days & he given Technical Person's. After 1 week I called technical team He says we will start in 2 days coz there is problem of connectivity of cable in Prabhat Industries. Not its almost 1 month there is no connection So I asked for my documents Back before 5 Days. Daily they says we will deliver your documents today but in 5 days no one come to return my documents. If your company not able to provide connection how you will give support if any technical issue??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used their services for 2 months. And in the last 60 days, I did not have my internet working for even 24 hours on a consistent basis. Every weekend - time was wasted on troubleshooting... all they knew was how to give reasons. Finally, gave up. The sales team doesn't know how to speak to customers, Brijesh Singh From the Thane Sales Team thinks he owns the customer- please use their services at your own risk...Zero Stars...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Google doesn't have negative star ratings! Worst internet provider I have ever seen! and the worst service..
Don't go with it otherwise it will be a headache for you. I bet, You will call them every week for the internet issues and they even don't bother to respond to your queries. It's been more than three weeks my internet is slow and these people are not even interested to resolve it.
Use your mobile hotspot instead which will give you better speed but Don't go with Sampark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider I ever came across. Such cheats, they charge anything to the customer. Would never suggest this to anyone. Poor staff and customer care. Talk rudely to customers. After escalating the complaint a person Brijesh Singh got connected over call and talk in very rude and abusive language. Guys you seriously need to overhaul your staff. Just read another review which mentioned name of this Guy and his unprofessional behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst internet cable I had. No one is there to listen. We have to speak to them on whatsapp only if they will see than they will reply or sometimes they don't replyif they see. Internet cable is always down and whenever it is working that time speed varies by 7 to 8 Mbps speed. I have taken 16 mbps I guess I have never got. Kindly no one should go for this internet. Feel like giving negative ratings but they don't have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst internet service ever. Have been a customer since 3 years but net is down 4 days a week. Customer care number never connects. And when it finally does, the standard reply of "fiber cable is cut" is given. Now my internet is down for 6 days and still no response from them. Hope the company shuts down soon. Fraud company, fraud people. Not renewing after my package gets over. These shameless people should refund my 3 years money. Their customer care team will hang up on your face, especially the woken since they don't have answers to your questions. DO NOT GET THEIR INTERNET SERVICES AT ALL. It's not even a company, it's a well organised scam. They'll run away with your money and not even give you services. Hope the company shuts and all the employees have to beg on streets right from their head Mr Kotian. Their office is in vikhroli so if they are playing smart you can directly go to their office with paid goons and settle the issue. Theyll be at your feet then. LOSERS, STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. HOPE YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES SUFFER UTTER MISFORTUNE AND DIE A TORTURED DEATH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Near by 40 to 50% in a month or week net was not working. Technitian and others not having proper solution for the internet problems. Very bakwas service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words are not enough to convey my frustration and grief. These guys should be taken to the cops for the way they loot people. I have this company's wifi service since 5 years now, wouldn't keep it for 5 seconds if it were in my control. My ISP takes connection from this company and then provides it to me. I get charged heavily for 10 MBPS internet (8.5k yearly), my ISP has monopoly in my area hence no other internet providers can set up connection here. Not a day has gone by without the internet going off. I have failed my online exams because of these people. I hope this company shuts down for good.
