★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gym in mathikeri. It is well equipped with almost all the machines required most of the gyms lack calf Machine but this gym has it. Its spacious, saperate Changing room for boys and girls clean wash rooms and shower area's and the cost is also reasonable compared to other gym in the area and the gym is not too rush you don't need to wait for the equipment for long time. Its suitable for all levels beginners, intermediate and advance athletes
