The trainers are excellent and professional. I get a fantastic workout and always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Good people and good atmosphere.

The awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further. Top of the range Equipment are used here, the facility itself is always spotlessly clean and well set out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello guys , have been working out in this gym for almost a year now, and to be honest and based on my experience this is one of the best gym in this neighbourhood..
And the trainers are really experienced and are certified Professionals , and they are pretty friendly and supporting in terms of workout and fitness.. personal training is also provided as a option.. my suggestion is to go with PT it will be really helpful and beneficial for u on the long run ..and they provide u with diet plans and etc.
And the prices are also pocket friendly and very offerdable ??
My personal suggestion if u r opting for PT is to select “jathin sel” as ur trainer... ( amazing guy)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm coming here from a couple of months now and it's been great for me. It's located on Mathikere main road and yes, the gym is spread over a huge area. Very spacious and well equipped. The trainers are very good and pay attention to every individual. The space is well maintained and worth what you pay for. They also provide personal training here.
