β β β β β Very bad customer service. Unqualified and unskilled staff. They don't know how to treat a baby. I went for my 1.3 year old baby's report. They couldn't search a vein then also they insert a needle and move it inside like it's a game for them. There was no responsible person available in lab to listen us.

β β β β β Very good laboratory. I am sharing this feedback and review based on my personal experience. The rates are very affordable and cost effective. They have very quick procedures and send reports on email and via SMS also. The staff and technicians are very helpful, human enough and highly skilled. They treated my 3 yrs old son so well while taking blood for CBC test that he did not feel piercing of the needle at all. They are open upto 11 am on Sundays also and though it is Sunday, they give reports via email by afternoon only. This is a lab worth visiting and taking services from.

β β β β β This laboratory is known for it genuine reports. They do not do unnecessary testings for the sake of money earnings. Also they do not ventures with Doctors on profit sharing and hence they are able to do the testing at very economical cost. I recommend to have your blood or any testing done here. They have the one of the best instruments used in patholigy lab.
