They took more than 5 hours n couldn’t solve my problem instead they broke my awning n left it open n when I called the owner he said I will come tomorrow n fix it but nobody came it’s been 5 days. He is not picking my cal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic experience of dealing with Aman Singh, the owner of this business. He also deals with brand name of Casa Slice. Usage of poor quality hardware, damage to existing infrastructure and yet installing an extremely unstable and unusable awning. The man has no professional pride and does not even pick up calls. Putrid guy to deal with. I do not advise anyone to deal with him at all. The moment you pay him, he would be gone and won't even pick up your calls. Very strange but that's how this fraudster is. He actually deserves a rating going well into minus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is laughable to call these guys No.1 awning suppliers. They lack integrity, whole lot of people have been saying that they did extremely poor job and use substandard hardware as well. Moreover, these guys are far from being business like as they don't pick up calls and even failed to address the critical issues on a freshly installed awning by them. They are shameless and nothing affects them. Avoid dealing with these people unless you are very fond of inviting problems along with wasting lot of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aman Singh claims to be the owner of this business. The man is highly unreliable and does an extremely shoddy job. He does not even pick up the calls repeatedly made to him nor does he responds to whatsapp or SMS. He is the worst vendor I have ever come across. He is a sweet talker prior to placing the order but changes colours quickly after the payment is made. The same sentiment is echoed by many more on facebook. The company was owned by his father earlier and probably did a better job but current man is best avoided in your own interest. It is sheer waste of time, effort and money. Harrasment is added bonus. Rather than doing something worthwhile for us, he even damaged our balcony garden at many places. We highly recommend that any potential customer looking to get the awning installed avoids the man as he is unprofessional, unethical and highly unresponsive. Feel so helpless when someone does not even pick up calls. Extremely frustrating. STAY MILES AWAY FROM SUCH FRAUDSTERS. Apart from Sun Systems Enterprises, this man also markets himself with the name Casa Slice.
