★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suncity apartments came into picture almost more than decade ago. It has total 1200 flats and surrounding areas has almost around 500 -700 flats so it's almost like a village like population. All the water are transported to the society via tankers. The society has it own badminton , tennis ,football facility. All the blocks are well maintained and they are beautified by garden. The society is gated so society is very secure. Parking is also not an issue. Earlier the location use to be outer part of Bangalore but now things have changed everything is nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying in Sunctiy Apartments for 3 years in 17B-506 apartment.
I advice everyone to not take this apartment on rent.
Owner is pathetic, he will make your life hell with regular calls and visits. Moreover he did not return my security deposit after move out and society maintenance department will not help you in any case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to stay. The amenities provided are really good and the association is very strong. The security is good. There are a few blocks which are better than the other. But yeah, overall it's a peaceful place to stay with everything you need just a tap away :D
Few highlights on the amenities provided:
1. Swimming Pool
2. Basketball Court where a lot of kids play every day
3. Table Tennis court
4. Two small mini grounds
5. A football field
6. A cricket pitch
7. An elders club where they play carrom/cards everyday at 5/6
8. Many clubs/groups are there, you just have to network :D
9. Loads of openspace
10. A tennis court
11. Nice paved walking area
12. Good security provided
13. All essential shops are right here: a vegetable shop, a provision shop, tailor, and an ironing shop
14. Kids play area
Overall, agreed with few other reviews where they said the maintenance is high but the apartment would have a good resale value for its optimum Location and good maintenance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently shifted to suncity apartment. It's been 1 month almost, such a great ambience and i am loving the place and it's surrounding. Security department is doing a great job. No such faults or any problems i have come across yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware if you plan to stay here. The Apartments are nice and spacious. However giving the lowest rating for the association people because it's a scam, apparently you have to pay them 1500/- every time you want to move any of your stuff in or out of your own house. It's just daylight robbery. I can't believe people fall for this kind of stuff and continue to live in places like this. Even if you are trying to help out a friend by keeping their stuff in house, you have to pay the society for moving it in and then again pay them for moving it out of your place. And it's not like they are helping you move it either. Bangalore has way more better apartments with better facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay extra 1500/month to security guard and your maintenance will be taken care of. Most of the tenants pay money to security guards and request them to do their maintenance. It is wrong and unethical but it is what it is. Corruption is across the management, you can't blame one person. It used to be good society 4-5 years ago, I stayed there for almost 3 years but I left because of their corruption. It has become a daily hectic for me. Suggest you to choose this place wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a big society. Whole street is Suncity only.
Good thing is, it's very near to outer ring road and society has nice amenities and park nearby.
Buildings are pretty old though but with paint work and new road construction things feel quite better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest community, adjacent to Outer ring road with lot of latest amenities. Sourrunded by lot of IT companies and malls. Walkable distance from Bellandur cental mall, cloud 9 hospital, Columbia hospital, Jio, Microsoft and Genpact. Very secured place with lot of open areas, multiple parks, cricket ground and many more. Highly recommended place for families and working folks.
