★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister's phone was stolen from the shop. The management didn't helped her.The owner first told that he will not show cctv footage. Then claimed that all cctv are not working.
He was very disrespectful and arrogant. It seemed they were trying to protect one of their own.
When police arrived they showed the cctv footage to them. But only 2 cctv were working. Both of them were of other locations. They have bought cctv only for showpiece. Even the small shops of patna have cctv which are working.
My family members have bought lot of clothes from this place but they won't be buying in future.
I repeat the shop owner was very vey disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister's phone was stolen from the shop. One of the staff was kind a sus, also management were not helping. They were very disrespectful. We asked for CCTV footage but the manger declined.
When police arrived they showed the CCTV footage them, but only 2 CCTV were working. Which was not helpful. CCTV's are only for showpiece.
I repeat the manager and staff were very very disrespectful. And I will recommend not to buy anything from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great collecting of sarees and other dresses. However the seating arrangement leaves much to be desired. Clothes are just thrown on the floor on a heap and people walk all over them! Cleanliness should be improved.
