Purchased a guitar stand on Sunday and it broke overnight by the weight of the guitar. On reaching back to them the very next day, they are not ready to take the responsibility and simply state that we do not provide warranty and to fix the stand (by welding) ourselves.
I would recommend you guys to buy the product online as there is not much difference in the price plus you get better customer satisfaction with no hassle and problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place to buy a Casio keyboard 7300IN. Told me and said that since I am a valuable customer to him, he will deliver the product to my place. I wasn't home when the product was delivered and my mother made the payment. when I came home and opened the box there was no adaptor any one of the speakers was a little loose. I called him and he said that I didn't mention anything about the adaptor. When I went to his shop with my mother to solve the dispute he was kinda abusive and talked to my mother he was talking like an illiterate goon. And the most of all, I later found that original speakers were replaced with the fake ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to buy harmonium. He handed me over a second hand harmonium and said its just 2 months old. After a week, its keys started getting damaged. When I asked him to repair them , he said he can't come and I have to go to his house. I was ready to pay him the fees but still he neglected. This is such a ridiculous customer service and he hung up on me.before buying i told him its my hard earned money and I don't want to buy 2nd hand but its my budget so give me the best in this. He cheated. Such a inhuman person and irresponsible shopkeeper.
