★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could have given them 0 stars. The staff was busy on their phones and weren't interested in answering questions. I don't think they realised or were bothered when customers left their shop. The service of the lenskart store was par excellence.

In a good faith i purchased two pair of Sunglasses from this showroom one black aviator polarized and other one brown aviator for my wife.
Showroom staff has given the pair of sunglasses that was kept for trial or display even when we insisted to give Brand new pairs.
I start using from the next day there was no problem in Black aviator But after some time when my wife starts using her brown aviator we find in sun rays that one of the glass was broken just under the frame. Means the showroom staff just make us fool and sell the defective pair of glass. (That's why they give the trial piece)
Showroom gives the defective piece while packing the product. Never buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience at Sunglass Hut in DLF mall of India. The products are great, but the staff is haughty and arrogant. They were treating the customers condescendingly and betting on them if a particular customer will buy the glasses or not. They did not even share or, as they said, have a feedback form/register/system where one can share the experience for the top line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Worse Experience of buying from this Dreaded Place. Never recommend it for anyone pathetic customer service. People walking around treating customer like garbage. Purchased OAKLEY Glasses within ONE WEEK the out film came out. And the fake promise of one year comes in play even took the case of the glasses which was my own personal. Then didn't REFUND any money but rather gave a Credit note whoch only be Used in Sunglass Hut ended up costing me almost 4000 Re more. Pathetic Experience people are crooks.
