★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst place where you can go to buy/inquire about bicycles and everything related to it. Their servicing quality is very very poor. Front Desk staff is rude. Spare prices are way too high compared to others.

Sad part. Really weird and bad attitude of the owner sitting on billing seat. No sense of customer dealing.
Refused to take payments by credit card. It’s was 2400 rs. reason the bank takes 2 percent. Are we still in an era where shop keepers behave like this. It’s not that he refused but the way he argued and behaved made me feel like unwanted and insulted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post is regarding the Pathetic Bicycle Service by Sunny Cycle works. few months back i purchased 2 cycles for my kids of cost16000. surprisingly after 1 month issues started coming up in both the cycles like sound in brakes and chain issues. so i went to sunny cycle works to complain about this. but he did not take responsibilty. so after 1 month i was forced for paid cycle servicing. Recently on 20th Sep, i went again to complain about continuous noise from brakes and chain issue he charges 800 rs. and when i checked the noise was still coming from brakes when i complain to the owner of Sunny cycle works he simply told me that this cannot be repaired.
I suggest to customers, who are willing to buy new cycles or looking for cycle service, to NOT to go Sunny cycles as they are cheating customers by giving low quality bicycles and high charges. they don't have competent cycle mechanics who can repair bicycles.
