The staff was V courteous & knowledgeable β¦ a must go for people looking for professional services & genuine deal.
This shop is closed on Wednesday ο ( had to come again hence a 4 star rating)

β β β β β There are many bicycle shops dotted around Delhi, but if you are looking for an expert guidance for purchasing and after sales service, this is the place to go to! Value for money deals, along with friendly staff which take care of your bike post the sale.
I own a Scott Aspect 650 which I always get serviced from Chain Reaction Bike Studio, till date I never got a chance to complain!

they degraded my cycle gears and blamed me for that .I don't recommend to purchase cycle from them or upgrading your bike. The mechanic is very unskilled ??

β β β β β I am based in Sydney..I called the owner to help me choose a bike for my nephew as a birthday present.I was extremely pleased with the services I received on phone and I ended up buying 3 bike. Most importantly the support was amazing therefore I had recommend this store for a personalized experience. Cherry on the top is, store owners helped me with new gadgets in the market. Very experienced with cycles and would like to join on a cycling tour.

β β β β β 2 times i have given cycle for servicing. I was not disappointed. Owner is very polite, courteous and understands what I want. Rates are good too.
Only suggestion is that he should expand his shop by keeping good cycle accessories so that I don't have to go to south delhi.
