★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. We asked for patient attendant services. Sales pitch was great but service was not even 10% of what was promised. Firstly, the attendant was very young and not trained at all, it was like doing everything on our own. Secondly, second day on the job he calls in sick and Curodoc failed to give any replacement. Mind you the patient is a stroke patient which requires a lot of care and attention and this is the treatment they give. This tells you that all they care about is making the sale but don't care about service delivery. I will not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself quite happy with the kind of services provided by D sarswati. The attendant are well trained, having due experiences, polite in their behaviour and always attentive.
My right hand elbow oval disc dislocated and took session from curo doc which heal the problem.
I will recommend other for curodoc services.

Still remember that day when looking for attendant services online as advised by doctor , we luckily got connected with Jenifferji as she is kind enough to handle all our queries patiently and nicely. During covid period we have lot of apprehensions about quality of services for our father who compromised temporarily mobility for last 8 months but really impressed with curodoc in providing good quality of services , meeting the commitment made, timelines, punctuality and many more to say ....

but she is very polite and taking good care of the patient.

They said we can send someone if you inform 24 hrs before, we did and after almost 48 hours they sent someone who came home, saw the patient and refused to take care indicating some excuses. When we asked the agency what happened, they were also stating excuses and said they will refund our advance money or we have to wait another 48 hours. Such bad experience and we were too much disappointed with them. Pls don’t trust their word and expect them to send anyone on time matching your expectations/requirements.

While I made the payment for 15 days of service in advance, they have yet not paid the attendant after a week of completion, which is poor corporate practice. I have sent multiple messages but no response. This needs to improve a lot. Rest was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical help is something which one requires in terms of emergency and Curodoc team came like a saviour for me and my family. They initially came across to me like an unknown brand but they choose to make a mark in our lives through there services. There were a few glitches with the first attendant but it was being resolved with a few hours. The new attendant was professional with hands on experience and the way he was working was something which compelled me to write the review. We are still using there services and would suggest it to all as it's being tested and worth the money.
