★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a decent layout to live for. Build is so experienced. They did completed many projects. So the builder is very experienced and reliable. I'm living in their gated community which they completed earlier to this.
They will construct the house's per our specification. Building quality is good. You have to visit the construction and make sure they follow the good practice to construct the house.
This layout is located bit inside but atmosphere will change as the area develops.
